Problem resolution
We aim to reply to all requests within four hours of receipt, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Once we have all the necessary information from you issues are then prioritised as follows:
Priority 1 : 24 hours resolution
Problems preventing IT Trust from operating on your website
Priority 2 : 96 hours resolution
Problems affecting IT Trust when it is live and functioning
If necessary, a member of the IT Trust support team will call you to find out more about your problem or to explain the solution we recommend.
Feature enhancements
We are always open to suggestions for feature enhancements. If you have a great idea for a feature enhancement please do let us know. If we adopt your suggestion you should see it live within 15 days.
Maintenance & Updates
IT Trust software is updated regularly to optimise performance and security. We always perform tests to ensure full compatibility with browser updates.
